Spay & Neuter Options

With over 150,000 dogs and cats being put down in North Carolina every year getting your pet fixed is more important then ever.

The SPCA of FC offers two programs to Franklin County residents: Low Cost for owned pets and Trap-Neuter-Return for feral cats.

Think you can afford to NOT spay or neuter your pet? Read more about the real cost. Plus there are some benefits:

bulletMore Purrs and Tail Wags - pets that are fixed live longer lives

bulletLess Death - getting your pet fixed means that there are less unwanted litters going to the shelter!

The Franklin County SNIP Fund is a program for pet owners who can not afford to spay or neuter their pets to pay just $20 for cats and $35 for dogs.

Please note this program is for FRANKLIN COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS ONLY

Feral Cats

Are you feeding outdoor cats? We need your help!

It is very important that the cats you care for get fixed ASAP. This will help prevent more unwanted kittens being born, reduce the number of cats being put down at the shelter and will help keep the cats healthy and happy!

To read more about our Trap-Neuter-Return program read our brochure.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE MAILED.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAILED OR FAXED APPLICATIONS.
