Trap-Neuter-Return for Feral
Cats.

Low cost
If you receive
Federal or State Financial Aid (food
stamps, Disability, WIC,
Medicare/Medicaid, Social
Security, Unemployment) and/or earn less then
$20,000 a year you may qualify
for the SNIP Fund
low cost spay/neuter program. To
